Colab Cafe sold nearly 4,000 cookie cups during the three-week 2019 ‘Sweet As’ Hutt Hot Chocolate Challenge.
The cafe was crowned the winner in the challenge, as reported here in hospitalitybusiness.co.nz
We produced an edible cookie cup that people were able to drink a hot chocolate out of – and the community loved them!
“To be crowned the winner of this year’s challenge is really humbling,” said Claire Matheson, owner of Colab Cafe.
‘It’s been a long and hard ride with months of preparation and planning to create this New Zealand first cup, and it’s a real testament to my wonderful staff and The Cookie Project who have put in the hard yards. None of this would have been achieved without a team effort.”
